This is my first addition to my snake family. This is Chilli, 2 and a half year old Miami corn. We have all fallen in love with her already. Except Sprout the cat who is not quite sure what she is all about! Hope the photos work as im new to this!
I will get some better pics when she is more settled in.

She's stunning and I love the name!
Quite agree about children learning such a lot from animals and caring for them. I feel very sorry for children who aren't allowed pets. Mine all bring so much enrichment to my life!! |

Thankyou! I hate kids being scared of animals, they learn so much from them if they are given the chance. He wasnt keen on the idea of a snake at first but for nearly a year now we have been looking through books and learning about them that by the time we got her this week he was so excited and he wasnt scared at all, she even went down his tshirt and he didnt freak out. the only thing he is finding hard is not being able to hold her ALL the time but he will get used to it. And the cats name was chosen by my 4 year old as well, only a name like that could be thought up by a child! lol but its me that sounds like a nutter when im stood at the door calling for Sprout to come in! |
