Know i shouldn't have fed Saber during her settling of period but she was nosing up and down her viv as i was feeding Astrid so i decided to give it go, perfect feed and stirke,and was able to get some better pics of her (will admit to being a little startled as Astrid doesn't strike)

So here's Astrid....

Lovely snakes but woodchip and feeding time is a problematic combination. You need to either put paper down so there is minimal chance of the snake swallowing some of the woodchip or feed in a separate tub as treating impaction from wood chip is an expensive veterinary procedure.
