I know what you mean louise after his week of no handling I couldn,t find him and he was coiled up behind the fake rock wall so I have wedged it in place with kitchen roll seems to have done the trick so far :)
I have got the bug now and I,m looking at getting a Royal or a Dumerils Boa which would you recommend as Zack seems to like to be handled every day unless in shed or after a feed can you handle Royals and Boas every day for short periods with out causing stress?

Looks lovely.

I have just been given one of these vivs complete with fake rock wall but had to remove it as the snake kept going behind it and moving it! So don't panic if you can't find him one day, have a look behind the wall! lol

Yes thistle it is an Exo terra 60x45x45 I did have a few plants in for him and he was never seen and would be under the aspen substrate since I have put more plants in he seems to be out and about more.

My Sid drinks like that, I was told it shows how relaxed they are with you.

Looks great.

Is that the 60x45x45 Exo terra? If so I've got the same one that i intend to move my amel Barnaby into, once the last of my harvest mouse colony shuffles off this mortal coil (of natural causes, under no circumstances will they ever be snake food). I've also got another 2 harvest mice in 2 separate 45x45x45cm Exo Terras, so Barnaby may go into one of them for a while depending on which tank is the first to become vacant.
