Hey guys, been asked to show some photos of the new guys, so here we go!
First up is Boa'tata. The name is of Argentinian origin, and means 'Fiery Serpent'. Boa'tata is their folklore version of the English 'Will o' th' Wisp'. I wanted to call him Jacko, after Jack'o'Lantern, but my boyfriend weren't keen due to the media's Wacko Jacko stories a while back x.x Anyways, he's a '10 Bloodred, and docile as anything. He's more laid back and happy to sit then my '09s! These pictures make him look a lot larger then he is! He's about half a centimeter wide, if that, and less then half a foot long.
Next is Widget, my '09 kinked Motley Hypo Pewter, my 'charity case'. A lot of these photos are replicated in the Health section, showing my worry of his kinks, but I thought I'd put them here too, for those that may not have seen a kinky snake, and may not know what to look for in their own snakes. He's the skittiest of the lot, even though he's my oldest I believe! He's also quite small, I think, as my other '09, Ripley, is quite a bit larger then this little fella, girth and length wise. A lot of his pictures are blurred for this reason of being a bit nippy!
His eyes really are that red in the center! There was no flash involved! They are really eerie! |
