Hi just seen this post The corns that were sold to you at the doncaster show were.
1 male Hypo Het lavender and bloodred
1 Female Hypo het lavender and bloodred
So you have not been sold any snakes with fake Hets.
this will also be labled on the hatchling box's you got them in....

The best thing to do is to google bloodred corn hatchlings, you will see the grey head, and the definite diffusion down the flanks, some where on here is a pic of my hypo bloodred, i will dig it out.
Looking at the pics again, if you take some more of them, without the flash, its really hard to see any decent colourt as its all over exposed, especially the butter at the bottom, which again, in that pic doesnt look like a butter motley, but that might be the pic, thats the thing, with in correctly exposed pics, its really hard to tell true colour!!
The bloodreds look like standard Hypos, its possible they came from a clutch that was from a hypo bloodred to a hypo het bloodred, and the seller thought that it was bloodred.
Looking at Cathy Loves book, and a Morphs book she co wrote, or helped with, Bloodreds tend to have much reduced pattern on the head, though some can still have side saddles, most are heavily diffused which would remove the side saddles.
Yours look quite clearly hypo, which would have a massivly pronounced effect, which doesnt appear to have happened.
More pics would be best, without flash, belly pics too!! |

thanks peeps i have put more pics up in another thread to see if my babies are bloods or not i hope so but I'm not bothered if there not to be honest i will love them all the same just a bummer if I've been sold a fake lol |

i would have thought that your bloodreds would have shown a bit more diffusion than they do but they are nice snakes nonetheless  |

Yeh sorry BE and Mike the Butter motley het motley should have read the product of a Butter Motley X Hypo Motley so should be Motley het Amel, Caramel, Hypo Is that better?? I know there's a huge variance in the blood red line so not sure myself the male looks more like I would have expected with a white underbelly but the other has red checkers but as you said BE there are so many variants it may not be until they are older that I can see if they are or not?? They're from kccorns if anyone knows them? |

I'm sorry, but these two points were exactly what I was thinking.
You can't have a Motley het Motley and the Bloodreds don't quite look right (there is a large variance so I could be wrong). |

As i said in the caption Donny  we only went down for 1 poss 2 lol and we came back with 7 in total we got our self's 2 nice royals a normal female and a 100% pied male |
