I've been ever so excited, and patient, about today. My little Bloodred shoelace is now ready to be handled after his settling in week <3
He absolutely loved my camera and wouldn't stop trying to climb on it lol.

Herriot - It is indeed in memory of my Grandad, it says Gramps and was my first tattoo. I got it the day after my 18th birthday, which was 6 days after he passed away =[ I'd like to get it added to though, perhaps the badge for his regiment when he served the Queen =] |

I have a hyper hatchling who doesn't stay still at all and when I was putting her into her faun she just jumped into Aidan, my 13yr olds converse! I'm keeping my handling to 5 mins this week and up it next week.

Aww, did you take him to Specsavers?
He's gorgeous - and some hatchlings are REALLY hyper! My Spider JUMPED one day - she was on my lap and she just disappeared before my eyes! I thought I'd lost her - she was tiny - but she'd just zipped round to my back. Panic or what? I used to be ready for her after that ...
They are fabulous at that age ... getting broody! |

He's so cute! My snake hates cameras! I've got a digital SLR which she hates the shutter sound of and my girlfriends camera gives off a bright LED light to check the focus. Both of these make poor Izzy go as stiff as a board and look all nervous! |

Although he did freak out a little when my mum came in the room, but he hasn't had contact with anyone but me since I bought him so it makes sense.
