Soooo, I've not been online for a while as I've been with my boyfriend helping dog sit two GSD's since July lol. My mum has been feeding and cleaning and such for me with the animals while I've been away but I had to pop back to Sheffield on the 15th August and came back down on the 16th August so while I was there, I got some pictures!

Sakana.

"Muuuuum! I was sleeping..."

(Shed was removed lol)

"Would you put me down please?"

"Thank-you. Now I will do my impression of a tree snake."

"And now I shall rest in my warm hide."

Cereus

I was cleaning Cereus' waterbowl and he did this when I removed it lol.

"Can I comes out?"

"Please?"

"Thanks!"

"Now I'll just stare you out while you put my waterbowl back."

The vivs without the glass so that there were no reflections

Oh and I got a few shots outside while it was sunny.

Sakana in the Sun - Not being very cooperative...

Cereus in his box... You wouldn't believe a 5'2" snake could fit in this, right? It's smaller than a shoebox yet it's his favourite hide(cold hide) lol.

And then some better Cereus pictures. Not in the sun but being handled(I have videos of him in the sun when they upload) lol.

Will upload the videos into the "Video" section when they upload to Youtube.

Oh and please excuse the bedroom in the background... That would mine and that's why there's boxes all over from when my mum packed all my stuff ready for me to move out. Looks like I'll be unpacking all that when I go home again then lol.

Thanks everyone

SBB: I know! And people say corn snakes only get to 4-5ft! My big babies.

Moppet: Oh I know about that XD Sakana has two bigger hides as she'd rather stretch out a little bit too and so instead curling as tightly as Cereus in his box, she likes to loosely curl up.

mjpeters: Nice ones! You off to Donnie? I might see you I'm off to pick up my two from Oscar. My little Caramel Stripe het Amel and Amel Stripe het Caramel lol.

Smart Bunny: I know lol. It was cute because he just sat there watching me and when I turned round to pick him up he came out XD

Thank-You! I thought you were the Anery lover?

I do love Sakana's colouring thoguh I must admit but I love my butter boy just as much. Before I got him I was on the lookout for a Butter for years and then I saw him at my uncles and for sale - £100 with the viv and all accessories! I was like "Yep! Mine!" lol.

AH yes-BUT I can still see the lovelyness of a nice bright scaly
Let you into a secret;I LVE Anery's because they have such a mind blowing array of delicate colours

In fact finding it difficult to contain my excitement at this years new snakeys that I should have in Sept:

Ultramel Anery and Goonlet(Hypo/Strawbish)from FIGS
and
Coral Anery from Multicorn-out of their Coral Ghost 'Judibell'

Lovely photos. I love the photo of Cereus that you called 'thanks'. It's brill, looks like he's actually grateful

Most of my snakes seem to prefer hides that they can 'only just' (read, 'not really') fit into All except Apollo who just isn't that keen on being curled up and would much rather drape himself over his table or under a plant where he can stretch out...

Hey, Whats the substrate your using?

Sakana has a mixture of dried peat and mini beech ships and Cereus is on pure mini beech chips I'm hoping to move them onto Aspen soon but worried because I don't put substrate under my waterbowls(otherwise Cereus despite his size digs under his and tips it ) and aspen isn't as easy to pat down as chips and is lighter so if he goes tunneling he's going to push it in his waterbowl..
