Yes ill put some newspaper down for romeo on next feed which is on Thursday, And for Whisky he will go in to the hatchling tub that he came in to feed

First of all i know what your saying but this is a first video of Whisky so how does that make me still continue to post video's of me winding my snake (Whisky) up how can that be when its the first video.... , And yes i know about the pinkie issue as Kehhlyr told me after i showed him the video thats why i said to him i would not do it again on next feed... , And no i dont big my self up from this video so no idea what your talking about there and as i have all ready stated my other snake just does not eat out side the viv he wont even eat a black mouse he is fussy.. And i also said i was going to feed whisky out side of the viv on next feed.

It may make you look hard to your mates having a snake that strikes hard now but think about 5 or 10 years down the line when you can't clean it out without getting bitten, god forbid you could have a couple of kids by then???? You wouldn't slap your pitbull round the face with a steak to make it an agressive feeder would you???

If you want advice on hatchlings then there is plenty of experianced keepers on the forum and who are happy to answer your question. Being that rough with a hatchling, especially afetr it has already taken a pinky, is not on. These things need to be said before other less experianced keepers copy you.

Why do you need to make him an aggressive feeder? It will be more for your benefit than his. You are more likely to make him go off his food by shaking him about like that.

You shake your snake around that much on it's second pinkey and drop the poor thing when the pinkys tail breaks off (3:03), then pick it back up (3:06) and shake it about some more and your worried about it regurging if you gently pick it up and put it back it's it's viv after a feed

Wont he bite me though as he will think hes getting more food?

I'd bite you if you ragged me around like that, thankfully for you corns are generally only interested in mice!

Most feed out the viv's and never get bitten or have probs putting them back
matty18714 Posted - 08/11/2009 : 21:04:51
I really doubt it. Hes more likly to jump out of his skin when a huge hand comes down and picks him up. Even if he does, he wont break the skin.

Very nice, but I would start feeding them both out of the viv. Especially the smaller one, it could have serious problems if it ingests substrate.
