Posted - 04/01/2011 : 22:04:33 To feel sorry for anything less fortunate than its more fortunate counterpart is a perfectly normal human response. There is no right or wrong way to react to such things other than to not take the michael, discriminate or act cruely, so everyone on here is fine and dandy. :) |

I realize I may sound a bit cold hearted, but he is enjoying life just as much as any other corn snake, and he is definitely a real beauty, so I wouldn't feel too sorry for him :P
I said it was sad to watch, so what? If that's how I feel then so be it. I'm not going to comment on the fact you don't think it's sad so maybe you shouldn't comment on what I put?
It's like your trying to make me look like a fool for pitying a snake with a disability....jeez! |

Posted - 04/01/2011 : 18:33:55 I have MS and hate it when people feel sorry for me after all its just part of who I am, so I can understand what you mean Dan, it just makes the snake all that more special and as long as he is not in pain i'm sure he will have a good life. |

His disability is a defect gene called Stargazer. It is a gene that can be passed on to offspring just like any other gene, and causes a neurological problem with coordination and balance. Louise32 posted a link there you can read more if you want :) |

Posted - 16/12/2010 : 21:44:22 As promised, Stargazer feeding. The only difference to normal Corns feeding is the Jerky head.
