i thought my corn was about to shed dull colours and blue eyes but today he looks quite normall his eyes are normal and the colours and dull but there not too bright, and there's no sign of any skin...could he have been unwell or something?

If you mean can you handle the snake while it is in this period between being blue and shedding....it differs between snakes but I would advise against it. Am not sure how good their eyesight is after their eyes have cleared and would rather not stress the snake just for the sake of handling it - better to miss a few days and wait until after it has shed than have a stressed snake.

not quite sure what your last question means............

the shed skin is fragile but can be handled. when it first comes off it's damp but then dries out. sometimes it's just inside out but sometimes it'll be rolled up like a condom. try to make sure you check that the occular scales (eyecaps) have come off with the shed skin, and the tail tip, as these areas are sometimes left stuck to the snake causing problems.

as SB says, expect to find a shed skin within a week.

ah no bother cheers, will the skin still be sensitive for handling?

The eyes and skin clear before shedding, nothing to worry about. Wait a couple of days and you will have a shed.
