Posted - 15/07/2009 : 19:51:14 hey guys just a quick one reali. call me a noob i dont care lol. my snow corn doesnt constrict when she eats. when i say she dont constrict i mean not a single coil. just wandering if this is normal behaviour or what tbh :) ELP!!! :P

Posted - 19/07/2009 : 14:31:40 As others have said, just shake the mouse a bit and maybe make the mouse 'struggle' after it's constricted. Both my snakes strike and constrict every time. |

Posted - 16/07/2009 : 11:49:45 casper used to constrict but doesnt anymore (mind you, he wont eat either...) and mushu just picks it up and eats it. Shes quite new tho so I dont try to get her to strike yet till im confident shes had a couple of good feeds. |

Posted - 16/07/2009 : 09:50:50 the snake is fine, they wont constrict dead prey coz there is no point... what you could do it try shaking the mouse a bit when he/she has struck to simulate struggling... this is a link to my mexi black doing that...

Posted - 15/07/2009 : 22:42:19 mine doesnt constrict and shes an 08 baby full of beans always on the go of a night n climbing everything.. she does strike her pinkies but constrict .. nah thts too much effort .:O) |
