I have Sakana who poo's at least 2-3 times between feeds and she get's fed every 2 weeks normally but right now won't eat as hopefully she's laying me some eggies soon. And then Cereus who sometimes poo's a good 3-4 times(same feeding regime as Sakana) and then sometimes can go two feeds without doing a poo and then suddenly does the biggest dump in his waterbowl -_-

Our Georgey always poops in his water bowl!ONLY when its freshly cleaned with clean water in itjust so I can do it all over for him-still I guess that may have helped with keeping his tail clean so it healed so nicely

I'm sorry Luke, I just had to smile at the fact that Cyrus pooed on his new hide . At least it wasn't on you !!

I'm sure he'll be fine with the fuzzy....he'll just poo more .

Xxx

Hi Luke, glad to hear you got your new hatchie! That aside, I think it was Razee who told me that it can affect how quick they poo as to which side of the viv they choose to digest on (cool or warm).

Cathy normally takes 6 days to digest and poo on the cool side, and about 4 on the warm. This time she threw me a curveball and when I went to see her post feed (60 hours later) it was all done. No regurge, just ate, and pooed normally a little more quickly than I was expecting.

Your main man is waiting for your lap or hands

I agree with Mamma, and a33272 . Both Kellog and Silvi poo twice between feeds, usually the 2nd day after I've fed them and then again a couple of days later. But Asher regularly goes between feeds without doing anything. He just went 20 days without pooing ....so had 3 large mice in that time !

I'm sure Cyrus will poo when he's ready....most likely when you're handling him and you're not ready .

Xxx
