hi,
my 19 year old male creamsicle corn snake has a small little lump on his under belly (not sure what the special turn is for the underneath of a corn snake is) it looks to be where his neck meets the body, it is only noticeable when he stretches out. i don't know if it is a muscle and i have only noticed it.

I'm no expert Callum, please be aware of that....but it does sound similar to what I saw with my corn, just part of the skin sagging because of the angle. And maybe the fact that he has lost weight might explain it. How big was he and how much does he weigh now?
I would keep a close eye on him. Have a good feel when you handle him to make sure there aren't any actual 'lumps' anywhere and, if it reappears, try to get a pic so we have a better idea of what it might be.
As long as he is eating, pooing and behaving as he should I wouldn't think that there is anything to worry about....but just be aware of the chance of it returning.

Unfortunately I didn't feel it. He was a very fat snake once so maybe his skin stretched and I about saggy??

When it was there did you feel it? Can you give us any idea as to how big it was, what shape? Was it a noticeable 'lump', as opposed to maybe you seeing some sagging skin when you picked him up? The reason I ask is that I was worried about what I thought was a 'lump' that I saw under the chin on one of my snakes, but it was just the way the skin was hanging. It never happened again. I'm sure that's not the case with Kenny, as you wouldn't be calling it a lump if it wasn't, but thought it worth asking.

Kenny has just moved between hides and he gave me the chance to have a look at the lump. But I seems to have gone. I noticed the lump a couple of days before the feed and now after a feed its gone.
Do you thinks its still worth me seeing a vet or leaving it and seeing if it comes back?

I am now too sure, he is the right shape though, defiantly not too fat, I would weigh him for you but he as just been feed.
