Just want to say thanks to all those who have given me advice on seting up the heat mat and temp probe.

Warning. anyone that buys a set up from a reptile shop. dont take what they tell you for granted. my heat mat was way way to hot, was told I only needed a probe and was postioned no where near the heat mat. I would never have known if I hadnt had my suspicions and got lots of advice.

would recommend you still ask questions on forum, even if shop sets viv up for you

reckon it saved my snake a burnt tummy

its crazy how many shops sell these things and have no clue how to set them up or look after the animal they are selling

its shocking that pet shops are still giving out wrong/bad advice

"reckon it saved my snake a burnt tummy"

That's the only thing that matters.

And yes, always ask questions. No matter how silly they might seem. We don't mock, only share advice and personal knowledge from experience.
