Everytime when Clark is out his hide and I go to pick him up, he goes crazy and will do anything to get out my hand.
But as soon as he's in my hand and outside the viv he is calm, is this normal? Because I feel like he's going to damage himself when Im taking him out.

Yep, normal :) We've had Corno over a yr now, Ember since April and they both still try to get away when I first go to get them out, but are absolutely fine once out lol.

Perfectly normal. The more you handle the better he'll get, although it could take some time.

Rosie was like that at first when I got her in september. She has calmed down with regular handling and is fairly passive when I get her out now.

Aphrodite used to do that, but she would remain crazy outside the viv. She was convinced she could fly and would try to take a flying leap out of my hands. Aurora has always been very fast when I try to get her out but once she's out she's fine, cruising around quite happily.

It should improve with time and more handling. Just pick him up calmly and carefully and everything should be okay
