George had a shed last night. There is some light patches, looks discolored to me on his black scales. Is this normal ?

Anery corns seems to got through an amazing change as they mature.

If you google Ians Vivariums and look on the cornsnake morphs link you can scroll down to find an anery. If I knew how I'd put a link for you but I'm a bit thick on the computer!!

That's normal for an anery. You'll find he will get lighter and sort of brownish grey with each shed. He will also start to get some yellow on his sides and maybe a cute yellow nose. He won't stay black and white which I think is a shame because hatchling anery's are stunning!
