Hi so I noticed Flump did a little sniffling type thing when I got him but had no other signs that anything was wrong so I put it down it being normal for him

I got peaches a few weeks later from the same person and she does it too. Today when I had her out for a little she went from moving around a lot to complete stillness before she opened her mouth for a few secs and did it again a few minutes later

I googled and the thing that keeps coming up is respitory infection but there are no bubbles or moisture around their nose or mouth and otherwise seem healthy and both are eating fine even took their first feed here without missing one.

Thanks

Maybe there is something in your house that is irritating them. What substrate do you use and what kind of surfaces were your snakes exploring on?
Do they do it in their vivs?
Its certainly not normal behaviour if they are breathing through their mouths.
