After spending what I can only assume the whole day in the cold end (17-19C when no ones in with the heating on) as I took Sonny out of his faun to feed in the RUB I noticed he was freezing! Should I worry?

Thanks
Adam

when I get mine out I end up with goose bumps.
I'm always cold as it is and they still feel really cold to the touch, have to put a jumper on when I handle them!

Hi Adam, just make sure your warm end is at the correct temp so it isn't too hot for him. Other than that, it's just up to him where he goes !

They can feel icy cold to the touch sometimes, I can believe how cold they can be, it also amazes me how quickly they can rob heat from us and feel really warm. I always think if I'm providing the right conditions for them then its their choice how they use it.

if he was too cold he would have moved into the warm end. i really wouldnt worry too much just keep an eye on him. my female amel fed on a jumbo then two mins later wentbup to the viv and stayed there all night.

He fed alright (besides eating it from the ass up, dummy), strike feed as well. I'll need to be sure and put him
Straight into the warm hide
