Posted - 13/02/2012 : 19:01:22 midnight is 25 inches long, previously kept in with her brother (seperated straight away) moved from a 24 inch viv into a 30 inch viv. shes has had one feed in this viv of 1 fluff on the 3rd of feb, took it well and no trouble. the temp holds at 28 constantly and the cool end doesnt fall below 20 degrees, she has fresh water everyday, sometime every other. she had her first double fluff feed on the 9th of feb but regurge both almost completly whole on the 11th of feb and had a big poo. i added more cardboard tubes to ensure that she can move around under cover and have bought reptoboost today and added it to her water, i have only handled her to move her to spot clean the regurge and have cover her viv with a towel. if there anything elsei can do to make her feel more at ease. i intend on trying her back on 1 fluff on the 21st of feb.
was it a too large a meal?
was it the size of the viv (although previous feed went ok)
she due for a shed its been 7 weeks since her last and her chins has gone a bit baggy.
she seems to have been grumpy since the 6th of feb.
also, i made up 500ml of reptoboost but there was too much can i put the rest in my other snake water or should i chuck it?
thanks in advance |

Posted - 13/02/2012 : 19:52:50 2 fluffs can be a bit much, but if this is the first regurge just go back to one feed and wait 10 days before feeding again, there is a sticky on the health section on regurge thats worth a read.
Just keep an eye after the feed making sure temps are all ok. |
