So, Noodle has a small puncture wound on his head and i was wondering if I should do anything about it?

Also check in his viv to see if you can find what caused it if you haven't already done so. Remove any items that may have been the culprit!

As above,could you describe the wound a little better and possibly post a pic? If it looks deep or is an open wound I'd get him to the vets to be on the safe side.

Puncture wound like, you can see his brains? Or a small dent? Really need a picture to see what you mean.. If it's bleeding at all I'd definitely go to the vets to get some anti-septics professionally applied.
