Harry shed yesterday morning, on the shed is two little red dots either side of the cloacal opening, i'm assuming these would have been from his hemipenes. Is this a sign he's growing up, he's an aug 2010 hatchling.

He also had a piece of substrate (bit like a splinter) stuck in his cloaca which i was able to remove.

He's definately a male, was probed and i was informed he wouldn't be afraid to get changed in the showers.

Females also shed 2 red dots, and yes it could be as my yearlings recently had 2 red dots on their shed.
