Posted - 08/11/2011 : 18:54:31 I got my Carolina Corn snake just over two weeks ago, but I didn't have a set of scales until today. But when I weighed her she was only 10 grams. She is almost 4 months old and about a foot and two inches long.
Is 10 grams an OK weight?
I feed her one pinkie a week (it still leaves a large lump in her though). I just thought I would check that she's not under weight or anything. |

Posted - 08/11/2011 : 20:47:52 its probably down to the fast they were small babies, one of my babies last year was 8g the day he hatched, hes a big lad now at only a year old.
There is a vague average, but as long as its eating, it doesnt really matter that much. |

Posted - 08/11/2011 : 20:18:47 mines nearly 4 weeks n weighs bout that. just tried her on 2 pinkies tonight (one was a runt) n took them no probs. different snakes grow at different rates so as long as shes loaf shaped? shes good. |
