Havent been on for a while, but Sir Hiss is still with me.Over 10 months now.Hes lovely.
I have recently changed his mice to white ones, and noticed today that there is something white and chalky?? Its been splattered up the side of the viv?? Never seen this.Is it urine?? There is dark matter Im presuming to be poop...its usually darker.
Im just a little concerned.Hes moving well, has shed last week, had 2 white mice, and now this.Hes about 2 or 3 years old.
Would be grateful for a little light.......
Thankyou.xx

yeah its the urates from their waste,
you say he "feeds weekly at times, or 2 or 3".. if you mean you are feeding him more than once a week at his size then its not the best thing for him - corns aren't made to be constantly digesting food, a medium or similar every 7-10 days would be fine for him

Ive discovered it is eurates, but not seen this in all the time hes been here.Is it normally in the substrate??
Hes 4ft now.Grown a foot, sheds regular.Doesnt seem stressed,lots of hidey places,feeds weekly at times,or 2 or 3.No concerns.
