Just leave her until her next feeding day is due but as above extend the feeding days to every 5 days as the most but I think every 7 days is just fine. They can go a VERY long time without feeding and they do need time without feeding and handling to settle into their new homes.

Every 3 days seems a lot to me. The general time to leave between feeds for a hatchie is between 5 and 7 days.

So do I leave her and if so for how many days?
thanks all for your advice :-)

5 days not feeding is not something I would worry about at all, 3 day feeding in my opinion is a bit extreme means they are permanantly digesting.

Is only the first week of having them dont worry about it not feeding, missing one feed is nothing

Sorry I ment one month on 6th June yes got them on the 3rd June she did feed the first time it's just tonight she's not interested at all she was last fed on the 4th so not eaten for 5 days but the breeder who I got her off fed every three days
Mamma Posted - 09/06/2011 : 20:51:06
if you only got them on the 3rd of June you are trying to feed them when they are still only just settling in. Its best to leave them at least 5-7 days to settle into their new surroundings.

I thought you only got them both on the 3rd of June (thats what your pic thread says).

You also posted saying she ate a pinky on the 4th. So has she only gone 5 days without eating??

She was one month old on the 6th may had her and her sister for two weeks they both shed and first feed on the 12th may
Have all her records she took the first one I gave her but since then she won't take
The other two eat fine with out a problem
They are in small rubs woth kitchen roll and temps are 29.5-30c on the warm side and 25c on the cool side I had tem setup for a while before they came and the breeder told me it was great
