Can snakes have creaky joints like people?? I just got Kiora out to handle from his cool hide and he was creaky!! Hard to explain but a couple of times I could feel and see it (like when you crack your knee or elbow). I did listen out for any wheezing or mucus and there was none.
The only other thing I could think of was he was trying to rattle his tail but was abit too cold to do it properly!
Can anybody put my mind at rest??

Phew, that a relief..I thought it might be ok, but wasnt sure.
Wow, imagine how great a good ol' stretch and spine crack must feel to snake!!LOL

Yes they creak, well mine do lol

My big jungle corn is very creaky. Think it's their scales.

My smaller snakes seem to creak a bit when just shed too!
