Silver shed today and when I got it out it looked normal at first but then I noticed that it has his saddle marks printed on it, lightly but clearly visable in the right light. The shed looks healthy other than that. The pattern goes all the way along the top.
I've looked at silver and he seems perfectly fine with nothing wrong with his scales.

Can't get any pics up at the mo but any explanations would be helpful!

Cheers

I find my Anery's shed skin is very dark with lots of pattern.

As GP says, all mine do it too, nothing to worry about.

yep it's just the melanin pigment in the shed skin

the more pigment (colour) the snake has, the darker it's shed skin will be, my snow leaves no visible pattern on his shed, and the boas and JCP sheds are particularly detailed!

Yeah, nothing to worry about, my Carolina sheds like that :)
And yeah, it does looks really cool!

Oh good. thank you!

The shed itself looks pretty cool lol. First time I've seen it happen

just happens from time to time with shedding just seems some colour pigment comes from the saddles is all is nothing to worry about.
