My Snow corn did the exact same thing. She didn't eat for 3 months. I stopped all handling and lowered the feeds from one large mouse every 10 days, to one large fuzzy every 3 weeks. When feeding i just put the mouse on some paper towel in her viv and covered the front of the viv with newspaper so she wasn't disturbed, and left the fuzzy in overnight. First couple of attempts she still refused but then she took it. Once she was happily feeding every week on a fuzzy, i took off the newspaper and slowly worked back upto her normal prey size. She now feeds perfectly :)
