I've had my adult corn for about 4 months now and when i got her they told me she (who i think may be a he) is eating chicks so i carried on feeding chicks then found out there not as nutritiouse as mice and rats so i tried her(possible he) on mice and she wouldnt take them then i put a chick in and she took it straight away how can i change her food so she's getting everything she needs?

de-frost a mouse and a chick in a sealed bag together for about 12 hours, then drop bag and contents into some warm water for about 1/2 hour. try only feeding the mouse not the chick.

you could try scenting the mouse with the chick, let them defrost together and or get some blood from the chick and wipe it on the mouse.

it's true the nutritional value of chicks is rubbish compared to mice as a staple diet. i've also heard it makes their poo absolutely disgusting too lol

there's various things you can try though, scenting the mouse with a chick, jacketing a mouse with a chick, feeding a chick first then following on immediately with a mouse.......some times it takes a while to convince them so just persevere and try not to lose heart
