this sounds mad but i bought a new water bowl for my snakey and it has made my viv smell like a nail salon (fiber glassy smell) it smells really strong and the snake is just in her rock constantly. it is a proper snake one kind of a rock effect i dunno why it smells so strong.....am i just being daft or will this stress a snake out? |

Put it in the dishwasher, they clean ceramic furniture incredibly well!  |

that fibre glassy smell is probably the resin not having set yet, the smell is fumes, so i would take it out before much longer, and give it time to set properly. Its entirely possible that the fumes will be upsetting the snake. |

have left it to steep in boiling water hope it helps however her full viv still stinks dnt no wether to do a full clean and disinfect because of it |
