We have a large tank with 4 male corns in together, big hides, infra red heat lamp at one end, water bowel at other. one snake (the dad) is six yrs old the 3 brothers 4 yrs old. Never had any problems until last summer when Neffi (brother) last year developed some lumps a couple of inches before his tail on both sides and began what can only be described as sneezing. He didn't shed well and went off his food. Pet shop recommended baths and time under a ultraviolet light. He shed and generally got better, but the lumps never went away. Has he got bad constipation, respiratory problems, kidney/Liver, is there a antibiotic we can buy, if its a infection?

the fatty lumps and respiratory problems only sound related by the fact he's having to cohabit and may be stressed and that will have an impact on his health.

you can't buy antibiotics over the counter, much as you wouldn't expect your doctor to just hand you a prescription for them without seeing you first.

things i would recommend you do immediately are to isolate the ill snake and take him to a specialist vet

A vet will tell you what you need

They sound like fatty deposits that are unrelated to his other health issues, but as above, pics would help.
