Mine are on kitchen roll so I just change it everytime they mess on it.

I wash out their rubs and water bowls once a week.

I have never sprayed my corns.

you dont spray corns and you spot clean your tank when snakey does a poo. and do a big clean and disinfection once a month

Spraying- never! Corns live fine in average room temp. There are other ways to up the humidity towards shedding time if necessary though! Eg. a hide with damp moss in it. But i personally dont.
As for cleaning, just scoop out any poos! I usually do a big clean once a month or so, if they get smelly!
