Im getting a bit worried about nekko. Hes in the blue but has just been curled round his tree for the last 3 days. This is his 2nd shed since he has been here with me but the first time he was moving about rubbing on his log and rock but this time i havnt seen him moving round his tank for days. When i go in for a spot clean or fresh water he just moves to the other side of his tree but thats as much as he has moved. Is this normal? Debbie x

Posted - 03/02/2011 : 10:34:21 Try not to worry. They all react to shedding in their own way. Even the smme snake won't necessarily behave in the same way for all sheds. Some just don't move much at all so it's quite normal and nothing to worry about. When his eyes have cleared and it's time for the shed he'll rub against things then to get things started. Give him time.....
