Posted - 21/12/2010 : 22:55:37 Hi all. I'm having a 'problem' with amber. I have tried to feed her today, normal routine, and she is completely refusing it. She is 7 months old now, and recently on fuzzies (small). We moved on 10th and short of feeding last tuesday (which she took no problem) I've not handled her. Tank temp around 27/28 degrees. What should I do? Thanks in advance. |

Posted - 21/12/2010 : 23:16:03 Hi and thanks for your reply. There us nothing different about her setup, and although she is in a different place, its the same for height etc. Could she be stressed? She is ok in herself like when I picked her up tonight. She hasn't shed since 10 weeks ago ish. I've only just noticed that!!! Is that another concern? |

Posted - 21/12/2010 : 23:02:26 first thing to do is not stress, snakes can and do go long periods of time with not food.
there are many reasons for a snake not eating. Is there anything different about her viv / setup, is where she is housed now higher traffic walking past, is she due a shed.
Don't worry about it if its only one missed meal it is nothing to start stressing over.
