Posted - 23/11/2010 : 17:28:05 Sorry, I know there is currently a thread going about poop problems, but I'm having problems with Doyle and it's different to the other post, and I'm getting rather worried... So Doyle ate 2 fuzzies on friday, and pooped today, but it wasn't normal. Usually his poop is fairly runny and has white and black mush. But this was strange, there was no white mush only brown, and it was a fairly small poop usually its mahoosive. It looked like and felt like clumps are fur as I pulled it apart, but there was nothing mousey about it, no blood or anything, it was just a hard-ish furry poo :S Whats going on?! Temps are normal, and he hasnt ingested any substrate cus i cover the viv in paper towels, his behaviour is normal and active. Also last time he pooped last sunday it almost looked as though he had pooped out a pile of little balls... :S but it had white bits in. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or theories |

A fresh poo looks massive compared to the tiny pellet left over when its dried out, If its really small maybe it was the first of 2 poops. I wouldn't worry. No blood etc is a good thing, means he's digested every bit of goodness out of it. |
