how long has anyone had to force/assist feed a snake?Ive been force feeding now for 10 mths though we are making progress diesel now can take a bigger pinkie and he does wiggle it down to his belly fine know,he is still small though sheds every 2-3 weeks. its just that as he is getting bigger n stronger we do end up in a bit of a tangle. |

Yes ive tried just putting it in his mouth but he just spits it out, i have to make sure it is right down then he wiggles it too his belly. |

the longest I've had to go like that is around 11 months. She's eating on her own and growing mega fast now that she doesn't need any help :) |

have you tried putting it in his mouth and letting him swallow it totally on his own - aura has just started to swallow pinkies on her own now although i have to put it there for her, just got to get her to open her mouth up on her own now!
