Posted - 05/06/2010 : 18:50:20 I know this isn't a reptile, but I was wondering if anyone has or knows anyone who owns an unwanted Thermostat to control the heat of my heat mat. I would prefer a second hand one and will pay at the most £15-£17 and p&p. Thanks |

Posted - 06/06/2010 : 18:13:21 Thanks Sta~ple, I have just talked to someone who is rehoming their snake and I am going to get her on Sunday so just to make sure I will get it on time I have opted to go with buying one from the reptile shop instead, Thank you though! x |

Posted - 06/06/2010 : 09:28:07 Thank you! Yeah I thought it was a bit cheeky offering that amount but I wanted to go for the lowest amount so people could bid me etc! Thanks and I will look at the link you said :) |

Posted - 06/06/2010 : 08:30:04 In my experience, it's not easy to find people getting rid of their used thermostat, especially at the price you're asking. I found a couple on ebay, as seen below, but I would personally just go for a new one from a trusted reptile supply shop. I think it's worth shelling out the extra cash for such an important piece of equipment. Just my personal opinion. Good luck :)
