Hi just I would let you guys know that I went and picked up "Fluffy" (now called Calypso) from funkyfairy on Sun, he/she has now settled in his/her new home.

hi funky fairy do you have any pictures i might be able to help if you still got him/her
n/a Posted - 20/07/2009 : 20:12:50
Don't give up Funky Fairy, I'm sure there will be someone who can help. How long do you have before you have to move him/her on?

Unfortunately, my missus knew instantly what i was doing and said I couldn't get my Amy a snake. .
So I'm out of the rehome mission for now, however I will still keep trying, so if anything changes I'll let you know.

Wish I could help FunkyFairy, would love to take on your corn but dont drive so slightly stuck. I also understand that times are tough and situations change, you are trying to do the best for your snake which is offering it for free on a site where you know it will be cared for and loved. I am sure it has been a hard decision to make, even if you have become wary handling it. If anyone can get it to Redhill/Reigate in Surrey I am happy to take it on and keep it either permanently or until you are better set up to take it back. (Havent run this past OH, which could be interesting, but in the end he will understand that the welfare of the snake is whats important, hopefully!) xxx

no idea on the genetics (must be my blondeness showing)
he is at the minute eating 2 pinkies a week (to use them up before switching)
he has only had one problem shed the whole time i've had him but he was ok with the bathing and assistance last shed 3 weeks ago
hope this is helpful

Have you got some photos of the little guy?
Also any more information on its genetics, feeding ok, sheds, etc could stir up some more interest .

Good dodge Phil, and if she gets bored of it i guess you'll just have to take it on.

My OH did a great dodge this week too, i banned him from getting any more wheels (car, 2 motor bikes and a trike is enough) so he's buying me a trike instead.

Funky fairy Kehhlyr (aka Phil) is a very respected member on here, snakey would have good life with him.

At a guesstimate, how long is he?? It may help others as well.
My step-daughter asked for a snake for her birthday, I'm hoping the missus will allow her to have one.

So far as I know, i'm the only one who's been told i can't have any more animals.

We would also take him on, but too far away again.

Is there no one close enough?
