Ok so my sister has settled on her favourite morph, which happens to be one I'm having a bit of trouble tracking down: a lavender motley hatchling.

Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction of where I might find one?

Any help is much appreciated!

Oh that's good news! My sister's so excited. I know she's been lurking on these forums looking for info and tips since she'll be a first time snake owner.

I'm sure she'll end up joining and sharing photos. I found out today that she's getting a female, so she's thinking of names already!

Okay if they're importing it then it sounds pretty feasible cos there probably wouldn't be many floating around for sale that a shop could suddenly get their hands on in the UK :)

How exciting!

I messaged a local reptile shop in South Shields called the reptile hotel. They're ordering in from BHB reptiles in the US all I need to do is put a deposit down on Saturday, I think in total it's costing me £75.00 for the snake. As soon as I collect it for her there'll be lots of photos so you can all help me make sure it's definitely a moonstone we have!!

Wow nice. Where is she getting it from and how much is it? Moonstones are one of those morphs that can look like a lot of other morphs, so let us help you to help her make sure it's definitely a moonstone she's getting and not just a ghost or anery or something :)

My sister changed her mind and decided she loved moonstones the best. Either way I found her moonstones, lavender motleys and hypo lavender motleys! Her moonstone hatchling should be arriving in store at the beginning of march ^_^ so excited.

Oh I'm happy to wait. Just if any one knows they might be breeding for them it'd be nice to know :)

Bear in mind it's kind of breeding season at the moment - so you may have trouble finding one right now as last year's hatchies would probably all have sold of those morphs, but you may have a lot more luck in a few months once all this year's hatchies are available.

Thank you! I've told my sister they're pretty hard to find, so she said a lavender is absolutely fine but I'd prefer to find her a motley. I'm happy either way, she's not bothered about gender, but she definitely wants a hatchie :).

Good luck to you too!

I'm looking for a ghost lavender (hypo moonstone), haven't found any yet - wishing you luck in your search

She says she will also loves lavenders and moonstone motleys if anyone knows anyone or has any hatchies of their own they're looking to sell :)!
