The problem with deciding morphs often lies in the age of the snake. My ghost was entirely black and white as a hatchling, but colours change as they grow. At the moment yours looks like an Anery type A, as the yellow cast seems to be mirrored in the white kitchen towel it's placed on. As has been said it's very difficult to tell as colour rendition in both cameras and computer monitors varies so much.
If it was anery, there wouldn't be any yellow at that age, and definetly not on the dorsal
I agree, but I'm querying the photo. All the whites have a yellow tinge. Maybe it's my monitor. |

Posted - 01/12/2009 : 19:08:57 ians viv is fantastic, but doesnt say what hets if any are in the snakes shown, the snake the OP is looking at on the website notes the snake as a caramel het amel, unless you know true parentage it may not be possible to tell.
ive got a ghost, however the lavender from the dad appears to show through aswell and it should be ghost het lavender, you cant always determine morph from photos.
would imagine, brave statement, the shop knows the parentage of the snakeys they are selling. |

Caramels leave very little or no red at all. Light yellow to light brown body with caramel brown blotches, outlined with black. |

Posted - 01/12/2009 : 18:48:23 id go with what you have been told but you have to remember that all snakes vary in colour even if they are the same morph, also photos do not always do the snakes real colours justice - its taken me forever to get a realistic colour pic of edison maybe eeji will help you out more
