hypo can't be seen in amels (hypo reduces black, amel totally removes it) so the only way to know would be test breeding. The last looks normal diffused

I'm not sure it's possible to see the hypo gene in amels at all, although some people claim it reduces whites and makes the colours more vibrant... so dunno :)
