Here is my Ghost Bloodred Stripe Paradox!

Paradoxes are very rare, as they are not an inherited trait (no one has ever proven one in a line anyway), they are just a random genetic "freak".

I love paradoxes

Id love one but couldnt bring my self to pay that sort of money for any animal lol

Im saving up for a £6500 royal that ive seen and put a deposite down on
QueenVic Posted - 03/06/2012 : 23:24:37
im not sure of how expensive they would be to be honest, but id guess less expensive than candycanes and sunglows. Everyone charges different really dont they.
I'd have a quick look on google, if you put corn snake price list in you can have a look at a few different breeders prices and get an average of what you should be looking at paying.

I think they will be quite rare, but not impossible to find lol.

Perhaps someone on here has a hatchie from this year thats a reverse okeetee.. maybe post a thread asking?
Jonny89 Posted - 03/06/2012 : 22:55:59
yea i kinda thought that from the description on ian's viv. A Palmetto would be amazing but as people have said expensive!! So would it be rare to find a reverse okeetee, expensive etc? rarer than the other selectively bred amels, candycane, sunglow etc?
QueenVic Posted - 03/06/2012 : 22:50:34
Its a selectively bred amel, so rarer than normal amels lol, but not as rare as paradox snows or palmettos lol!

It's just a visual trait, not to do with the genes if that makes sense... it just means they have wide white bands around the saddle marks (like an okeetee has wide black bands)
So be careful if you're looking for one that a breeder doesnt sell you a normal amel as a reverse okeetee

hope that helped and didn't confuse!
Jonny89 Posted - 03/06/2012 : 22:46:41
browsing ian's viv and came across reverse okeetee.

Agreed, I can afford up to £150 for a corn so will be a god few years until then, hopefully they'll be down soon.

Oh yes definitely! Was just searching about about and apparently, this years females are $4,000.000 each and male are $6,000.000 each. So highly priced!
QueenVic Posted - 02/06/2012 : 16:19:18
Oh i think everyone does ;)
far too expensive at the min though in my opinion lol
AcidicAngel Posted - 02/06/2012 : 16:15:53
I want a Palmetto corn snake really badly!
QueenVic Posted - 01/06/2012 : 15:03:34
No, I would have thought they'd be extremely rare.
Cant help but hope one of my snows is one when they hatch though haha :D (if they hatch :S)
