ok so ive been looking on ians viv (i have been pree warned that i will develope a wish list , and be thinking of my 3rd snake) and dah daaah im here and looking thru what i wud like next. (just have to convince the other half to break the one year ban )
i love how anery's are as hatchlings but kno they change when they are older and become more brown than they nice blue/ greys , ive looked at charcoal ones too , but they appear to get lighter also . so im now abit stumped? any suggestions on morph that stay similar to baby anerys?
i like okeetee's but so far havent seen any in the reptile shops by me , and havent come across any seperate breeders thats local to brum , unless anyone know of any suggestions?
I just have to work on my missus now hehe . (shes wants a ball python , and shes picked a name already , all positive if u ask me heheh!
any one kno of good bright morphs that a quite patterned and defined please point me in the right direction so i can find some pics :) thanks xx

my okeetee cost me £40 if that helps... and if i do say so myself she is rather pretty :D

but as sb says just be careful, i have been looking for a male one for a wee while now but i havnt as yet found a 'true' okeetee in a while,.. well not near me anyway :(

Be careful with Okeetees that you aren't paying for a bog standard normal and ask to see parents where possible. Seems to be a very common mistake!

hes 4 months so not very big , its not me that needs convincing its the missus , and the condition on letting me have kodi was that i wouldnt ask for another snake for a year...but its 15 quid and the colour i want and 2 mins up the road . the missus wants a ball python :( how can i twist her arm? lol!

How old is he? If he's small enough you could use a spare tupperware box and share one mat between 2 if you're just using small RUBs. Have you seen the special offers on at Wirral Vivs?

Go on, you know you want to!

You shouldn't come on here if you want to be told to be good

without a doubt, the best for that is a good quality okeetee :)

my blizzard hasn't really changed much - from a translucent whitish/pink to nearly solid white but he's not the most exciting colour snake in the world!

okies will take a peek , do u kno any corn morphs that do stay quite defined in their pattern as they grow older? xx

if you want something that stays black and white, have a look at desert phase california kingsnakes... http://www.morphguide.com/species/lampropeltis_getula_californiae/desert/

unfortunately there aren't any corn morphs that stay those colours :(
