Posted - 06/09/2009 : 12:01:08 oh yeh. the chicken fogs are so named because the natives of the islands they come from say they taste like chicken, but one of the reasons they are so endangered is because they are the islands native specialty dish! Hunted to near extinction. and also kitric fungus ahs got to them too like many other amphibians |

Posted - 06/09/2009 : 00:07:59 Apparently is named A Mountain Chicken Frog because they live on mountains and they taste like chicken. |

Posted - 05/09/2009 : 19:44:13 the lizard you didn't know i think was a prehensile tailed skink, if it was in one of the last vivs on the end? It's nice seeing all those, I miss the tortoise! And they were giant Galapagos tortoise if I remember correctly . The top one is Twiggy and the second of is Matilda
Those chuckwallas are so sweet but pack one hell of a bite! And I fed the amethystines chicks :P
