Zoom did come in handy But seriously, that guy was sooo docile. I move him onto the path with a twig and he didnt strike or show any signs of aggression at all. Still, Wasnt gonna risk getting my fingers close enough.

Posted - 28/08/2009 : 06:17:33 My husband mastered the adder dance when an adder started chasing him! He did have on walking boots so wasnt too worried about getting struck and he wanted to try and get a pic. He did get a lecture from me when he got home but doubt it did any good! xxx |

Kellog, those are some great photos of some beautiful animals! Ive not yet come across a grass snake And only ever found a couple of Adders. Heres a gorgeous little one I found last summer.
