Just some photos of a random bee down the garden, was hoping for some Slow worm pics but they all came out rubbish

cool i think the problem is its obv pitch black in there and its either light from our head torches or light from the flash so itd prob need set up really well before i got good shots also the wet walls are a bit reflective so you get that white glare over pics like when you take a pic through glass

Hmmm, not sure really. I think you can buy water proof cases for SLRs, but not sure id want to risk it. Im still very much a camera 'noob' so wouldn't really know what to reccomend.
Im using a Sony Alpha 200 which came with a Macro Lens, Im only using it on the auto setting right now which seems easy enough to use and gets some nice shots.

what sorta cam? i just use a crappy olympus but would love to get a good cam like that for when i go down the caves cause i always take hundreds of photos and have been tying to photo fossils in the walls but the cam i use doesnt pick em up great, it needs to be shock proof and water proof tho
Any ideas

my oldest is scared of wasps, my youngest is like me..not bothered,

but we often sit and watch honey bees in my garden on the clover..

he is fascinated by them...

I used to be terrified of bees and wasps, Dont mind them at all now.
