Posted - 15/05/2012 : 22:16:11 he sure is, had him a few days now, he comes out every night for a look about.. or maybe just to escape :P but if he sees me he goes back into his hide, cant wait to start working with him in a week or 2, after he's eaten :) the wait is agony! |

Posted - 14/05/2012 : 08:23:32 6 months was a guess, as i forgot to ask but just looked at his feeding records and they go back about 6-7 months, could be wrong. And crazy, the guy i got him off said he stopped strike feeding a while ago, and he couldnt get him onto rats.. got some work on my hands i think! |

Posted - 14/05/2012 : 00:09:08 if only they were as willing to strike at there foods as easily as your hand... Its taken my royal i think 3months (of the top of my head but could be 2months, without looking no idea) to eat for the first time with me, and he has only been handled a couple of times in that he has attempted to bite me a couple of times but he finally ate like a king :D all in all the settling period can be a long one but congrats on ya new snakie (even if it is a royal) |

Posted - 13/05/2012 : 23:48:19 6 months!!! He is huge. You'll have to post his weight when you can handle him because that is one beast of a royal if its only 6 months. |
