.... but this is taking things a bit too literally.

These show Mirkey's favourite baking sheet hammock. He'll sit up there for days on end and only come down for a drink.

Woody gobbled his mouse as usual.
Big T took a bit of teasing but took it eventually, more out of frustration than hunger.
Blaze refused point blank.

I think I'll be saving some cash over the next few weeks. Looks like Big T and Blaze are going to be on hunger strike.

Scaly. It is a piece of rigid foam pipe insulation. The type with a hole through the middle and a lengthways slit along the full length. It has just enough "give" in it to jam against the back glass and the front support for the glass runner. I have it jammed over the sucker mount for the hammock, just as a bit of extra security.
BTW, the mesh is one of these baking sheet meshes with a bit of wax string bracing and 4 sucker supports.

Bob. Poundland are doing mesh workstation-chair lumbar supports. Ideal for developing into a snakey trampoline.

Amazing what you can pick up from Poundland and adapt for snakey toys.

Haha, snakes do seem to love any net based sitting place, Spot lives in his pretty much 24/7.

He-he. I wasn't taking the chance of another knuckle wrestling match like last week and meant him to take the mouse and drag it upstairs. Instead he just defied gravity and sooked it up as it dangled. I caught him last week taking a drink from up there. Lazy beggar.
