Posted - 05/07/2011 : 04:57:02 Same for my OH. She's 5'2 and adamant that she doesn't want a snake bigger than her. She's got a spotted python which should max out at well under 4ft. A crawl cay would be similar wouldn't it? Especially a male.
As for me, I'd love a common but am put off a bit by the size. Well, the strength more than the size really. Don't fancy having to fight an 8ft+ muscle! Then again I already got 4 boas that could reach 6-7ft and they're not exactly weak! lol |

Posted - 05/07/2011 : 00:22:13 crawl cays are perfect if u dont want on thats too big . we had the same problem , my missus is only 5 foot , and doesnt want a common for that reason whereas i didnt mind so much wud prob have one now if she would let me . so we had a comprimise and crawl it was handled an adult too as dex still has abit of growing to do . my missus even said i could breed them in a few years if i want ;) xx |

My OH is now interested in boas after seeing my hogg islands this weekend, but they might get a bit big for her. Perhaps a crawl cay would be suitable though. Will have to do some research... :) |
