Hello guys

Just after some advise, my beardies dont seem to have pooed much in the last couple of weeks and are eating less (although still eating). I have read alot of different things and am now confussed. Is this just a sign of brumation or do i need to take them to the vet?. The female seems just as active as normal, the male less so and spending alot of time under log in shade ut does also come out. other than this they seem fine. Just going to try a warm bath to help them out.

Also read could be the uv not working, the bulbs are in and lit up but could hey not be giving of uv if so how do I test this?

They are in seperate vivs both 4 foot. they have a basking spot heating to aprox 110F and the cool end is at room temp. They have a drop in heat at night to 70F.

given them both a bath.

Gobi (male) stood still for quite some time then moved about a bit blew a few bubbled and then pooed prob a it smaller than normal.

Saharah (female) went in still for a bit then pooed, appeared as though she was straining could see the muscles moving and what she produced was rather large.

both became more active in the water after having a good swim
