I didn't realise until recently that Garter Snakes came in so many morphs, I had a regular one as a kid and thought that's all there was...............until I saw this!

If you look on youtube there are a load living together and the owner puts a tray of salmon cat food down, they all come out of hiding and just eat straight out of the tray!! They will eat fish, worms, little insects etc.

Very pretty :) I was going to get one of these :P Mainly as i do alot of fly fishing.So could feed it extra fish i didn't eat :)

The breeder I spoke to a Doncaster said he fed the teeny tiny babies on strips of salmon at the time! Such spoilt little snakes

Yes - although there is no need to feed them live, or on guppies at all, you can just give them a small piece from a bigger fish.

Wow. What a stunning snake There were loads of baby garters at the last Donnie show. They are SO tiny when young. Unbelievably little!

It's an Oregon Red Spotted Garter £170! there are blue ones too! another snake to add to my list!!!
